Seit vielen Jahren beschäftige ich mich intensiv mit natürlichen und alternativen Heilmethoden, sowie mit den spirituellen Gesetzen des Lebens. Die ganzheitliche Sicht liegt mir am Herzen, denn Körper, Seele und Geist sind eins.
MehrIch bin geprüfter Qigong-Kursleiter. Neben meinen regelmäßigen Übungsabenden biete ich auch ein eintägiges Qigong Basis-Seminar sowie ein eintägiges Qigong Vertiefungsseminar an.
